The Nest
Inspired by the vibrant eateries of Tulum and California, The Nest is a modular, movable restaurant in Frankfurt that delivers a rich multisensory dining experience. Perched above an existing underground car park, the design uses lightweight materials such as lime-wash paints and timber to reduce structural impact showcasing a commitment to sustainability and flexibility.
The sensory journey goes beyond what meets the eye. Inside, the dining area and bar are gently infused with calming notes of sandalwood, bergamot, and citrus, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor elements, The Nest layers natural light, lush greenery, and tactile materials to create a soothing, grounded ambiance. A bold red gloss bar stands as a striking focal point, while ambient lighting, curated soundscapes, and signature scents combine to deliver a truly immersive, multi-sensory experience.
